Baking on Saturday was a bit of a disaster. I was helping my sister make cream egg brownies from a recipe she found online but they didn't turn out to well. The eggs seemed to explode and spilt over the edge of the tin and then once out of the oven, the middle of collapsed in on its self. It still tasted good even if you had to eat it with a spoon from the tin.
It's almost the end of March which means the end of the Disneybound March Challenge. I haven't managed everyday but I will over the long weekend. Today was Eric from the Little Mermaid.
