Chocolate On My Tongue

Hey

I haven't been very good with inspired outfits this week so far. It's too cold so I'm reaching for my hoodie - I either need it to warm up or to get home so I have more choice for outfits.

Instead I thought I would share the mint choc brownies I made at the week. I made 2 batches - one I took into placement and the other was left in the flat for me and my flatmates. The second batch came out a bit more cakey, might be because the mixture cooled down before being put into the tin and because I was impatient and turned up the oven slightly (on 10 degrees), but hey they still taste good.

Melt the chocolate and butter
Beat the eggs and then beat in the sugar
Combine the chocolate mixture to the eggs and sugar
Stir in the flour and cocoa powder
Pour half the mixture into a greased tin, add a layer of After Eights
then pour over the remaining mixture and BAKE!

 
I kinda forgot to take a picture of the finished product but they produce gooey brownies with a crispy top when warm which turn into chewy brownies when cool. Enjoy!
